Conductive PFA Brush (Development Compatible) | Combining Chemical Resistance and Static Prevention
A new material that simultaneously meets chemical resistance, heat resistance, and static prevention. Brush development is possible with conductive PFA.
Until now, there have been antistatic materials such as conductive nylon and conductive acrylic for brush applications, but there were no materials that combined chemical resistance and heat resistance. The newly proposed "conductive PFA" from a fiber manufacturer is a new material that possesses the chemical resistance and heat resistance of PFA, along with conductive properties that suppress static electricity. Although there are currently no threads for brushes available since the raw material has just been released, Kyoshin Giken can collaborate with the fiber manufacturer to support everything from thread prototyping to brush production. This may also open up possibilities for applications that have previously been abandoned due to the lack of fiber materials that meet performance requirements. If you are considering brushes under special conditions, such as equipment handling chemical solutions, transportation lines requiring static electricity countermeasures, or antistatic solutions in high-temperature environments, please consult with us.
